EF Ballet also offers online and in person adult fitness classes, suitable for ANY age, ANY fitness level and also ANY person - the benefits are universal!

Our adults are a thriving, positive group of like-minded individuals which creates a fun, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) teacher Emily Follis has over 10 years experience in teaching ballet to adults. Her successful in person adult classes in Belfast (est. 2014), moved online over lockdown and expanded to include people throughout the UK - all brought together for fun, focussed classes and creating a welcoming and encouraging group of like-minded people!

In person classes continue during term time in Belfast and Banbridge, with exciting new opportunities for adult dancers throughout the year as the school continues to grow and thrive!

​Online classes are becoming ever more popular as our dedicated adult students seek to continue to improve their technique and increase their fitness, flexibility and much more.

Our EF Ballet App (launching August 2024) and dedicated online area gives our adult students even easier access to our ballet and fitness classes and training, with various membership options to give more choice with your training options.

ADULT BALLET
Weekly adult classes are available in beginner and improver ballet both online and in person. More advanced adult ballet classes are also available weekly in person.
BALLET CORE
This conditioning and strengthening class focusses on mat-based exercises with the emphasis on correct muscle engagement and alignment.
Our online classes are perfect for the home space. In person classes also available.
CARDIO STRETCH
The benefits of adding a cardio class to your weekly workout are undeniable, if slightly exhausting! This HIIT based class, with emphasis on correct muscle engagement and focus on safe alignment, finishes with a gentle stretch to enhance injury prevention and movement efficiency.
STRETCH
Popular with runners, sport-persons and dancers alike, this dedicated stretch class will improve joint mobility, enhance injury prevention and combines with strength to allow you better control of your body's movements.
PBT
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an excellent conditioning and strengthening class, which utilises the bigger fit balls. It focusses on muscle memory, posture and alignment.
