1-2-1 Ballet coaching class (on Zoom)

Cancellation Policy

HEALTH & SAFETY If you are unsure if a class is suitable for you, it is your responsibility to consult your doctor. Please stop immediately if you are experiencing extreme fatigue, feel unwell or unable to participate. Your teacher assumes no responsibility for injury or illness that may occur through participation in the online adult classes, recordings & courses. To ensure Health and Safety, it is each participant’s responsibility to ensure: - they have enough room to participate in the activity without any obvious risk of injury to themselves or others, or risk of damage to surrounding property. - the flooring in the room is safe for the classes to be undertaken. By participating in the adult classes (in person or online), class recordings and/or courses, the participant understands that they do so at their own risk and agrees to the terms and conditions ACCESSING 1-2-1 CLASSES • Please sign at least 5 minutes ahead of the class start time on Zoom using the meeting login details provided for the class. • As 1-2-1 classes run back-to-back, please ensure your zoom app is up-to-date and your computer/tablet is fully charged - class times cannot be adjusted due to problems with your technology PAYMENT FOR 1-2-1 ONLINE COACHING CLASSES • Payment is taken via Wix Payments at the time of booking your 1-2-1 coaching session CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY • We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes crop up and are happy to help - please get in contact by emailing efballet@gmail.com if you have to cancel or rearrange your 1-2-1 class • Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be issued with a full refund or can reschedule their coaching slot free of charge • Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours’ but more than 2 hours’ notice will be issued a 50% refund or can reschedule their coaching slot free of charge • Classes cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice will not receive a refund but can still reschedule their coaching free of charge • Classes were the student does not show up (i.e. does not login to the zoom meeting or make contact before the session begins) will not receive a refund and will be charged the full price of the coaching slot booked • If for any reason Emily Follis Ballet has to cancel or amend a booking (e.g. due to illness) the student can choose between a full refund or can reschedule their coaching slot free of charge Full Terms & Conditions available from https://www.efballet.co.uk/terms
